Jeremy Hartman is the owner of 3DS Sports Performance as well as the varsity girls' basketball coach at Robert E. Lee High School in Staunton, VA. After completing a successful high school and collegiate basketball career, Jeremy had the opportunity to travel to Europe for a chance to play basketball professionally. He chose to help other athletes with their training to help them reach their goals.

While working for Rob Brown, a former defensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers, at Pro Speed, INC in Herndon, VA, Jeremy had the opportunity to train and work with some very successful clients. Charles Haley (Five-time Super Bowl Champion formerly of the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers), Louis Sales (Reebok Enclave - Track), Kate Kreager (Xavier University/University of Virginia Women's Basketball), and Rejera Arnold (Army Women's Basketball) are just a few of the exceptional athletes Jeremy has had the pleasure to work with.

Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science from Shenandoah University. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He was also recently awarded the 2008-2009 Southern Valley District Coach of the Year award as well as the Virginia Group AA Region III, Division 3 Coach of the Year award.

With his meticulous attention to detail and hands-on approach and coaching style, Jeremy has helped athletes young and old in attaining their athletic and fitness goals for almost 10 years. "Success does not come from perfection but rather, persistence."
